Welcome to Riverland Sport Aviation at Renmark in South Australia on the Murray River. The country around is most suitable for all kinds of flying. Enjoy the river views in the cool morning in a powered aircraft or fly high in a glider in the hot afternoon. Many of our members are involved with several forms of aviation, some fly just about anything. Over 50 of our members are Recreational Aviation Pilots, flying mainly powered light aircraft and about 10 pilots enjoy flying gliders. Some of our members are General Aviation Pilots who fly both. Our club has 2 aircraft. A Hornet glider for hire/fly and a Jabiru J230 for training and hire. You are invited to come out to Renmark airport on the weekend and have a look at what we do. Just about everyone enjoys a trial instructional flight, where you fly with our Instructor in our Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) Jabiru J230. Trail Instructional Fights cost $60 for 20 minutes.
Monthly BBQ breakfast Renmark Airfield: 3^rd Sunday of the Month in the club’s hanger.
8:30 am for 9 am start. A gold coin donation will get you sausages, bacon, eggs, coffee etc. You can then choose to fly to Loxton for lunch. A lucky draw is held for all those present, with the winner getting a free half hour fight in the club J230. Fly it off yourself or with our instructor.

Visiting pilot on field accommodation available at $20/night. Basic bunk style with showers, kitchen, TV, and toilets. Or the Golf club a couple of km away is quite reasonable at $66/night. Avgas is also available.
